Our Unique Services
Discipline is just choosing between what you want now and what you want most.
No marriage dissolution, custody, domestic support, or community property matter is pleasant. We competently manage every case, not just ‘represent’ you. We have a significant amount of experience not taught in law schools which is derived from life itself. We don’t only know the law, we know how to deal with the non-legal components as well
Bankruptcy is an ancient remedy, now made modern under our Bankruptcy Code, which is available for persons or businesses in financial distress. As the Supreme Court has stated, bankruptcy is for the honest but unfortunate debtor. We help you decide whether bankruptcy in any form is the way to proceed or not.
Simple and complex bankruptcy matters
While no bankruptcy is truly simple, some are less complex than others much like building a house. Some are small and relatively easily built while others are years in construction. Some businesses and people do not need relief under the more complex parts of the Bankruptcy Code. We help you decide what the best path forward is for you or your business.
Reorganization for Small Business
We provide reorganization representation to small and medium sized businesses and also to creditors who happen to have clients or customers who file for bankruptcy protection. There are laws available which are specifically to help small businesses reorganize, continue to operate, keep jobs, and move into profitability.
Sometimes debts can be restructured outside of bankruptcy court. We explore that with people and businesses before we get into the specifics about bankruptcy or reorganization under chapter 11. Occasionally a major creditor of a person or business prefers an ‘out of court workout’. We explore that when it appears fruitful.
Our mission is to help people by giving them honest, thoughtful, personal, ethical, moral, and professional legal assistance. Our moral compass is ancient and never changes.
With so many lawyers competing for clients, how can a person know which lawyer or law firm is best for what is needed or for one’s business? Reputation is one way you can learn about a lawyer.
While we are often required to engage in proceedings in court, we generally discourage litigation and promote the vigorous pursuit of peaceful, commercially reasonable solutions, or interpersonal agreements that keep our clients out of court which avoids anxiety and stress, and eliminates or reduces significantly legal costs.
We believe that if at all possible, and insofar as it depends on you, be at peace with everyone.
Talk With Our Talented and
We utilize a wide range of technical modalities which allows us to operate extremely efficiently and with great cost effectiveness.
One of our primary goals is to help people. In order to do that we get to know our clients whether they be individuals as such or as business owners or part of an institution. While we do not and cannot guarantee results, we do commit to give you our best professionally, ethically, and morally.
