With so many lawyers competing for clients, how can a person know which lawyer or law firm is best for what is needed or for one’s business? Reputation is one way you can learn about lawyers.

While few people, if any, have relatively spotless lives you can learn a lot about lawyers by asking questions, social media (although great caution should be exercised in evaluating anyone via social media resources), talking with clients and former clients of the lawyer, but most of all by interviewing the lawyer. A reputation is easier to keep than to recover.

We can help you determine exactly what type or kind of legal services you need and can even help you find the right lawyer if your legal needs are in areas in which we don’t offer legal services. Our goal is the honest, efficient, ethical, prompt, and competent delivery of legal services to our clients. We want you to know that you can trust us and that our advice is sound.

While we are often required to engage in proceedings in court, we generally discourage litigation and promote the vigorous pursuit of peaceful, commercially reasonable solutions, or interpersonal agreements that keeps you out of court, avoid anxiety and stress, and free of legal costs. We believe that if at all possible and insofar as it depends on you, be at peace with everyone.
